When you have questions, or in the unlikely event that your sleep set ever requires service, we want you to “rest assure” that we are here for you.
King Koil does not require that you register your mattress with us, but you do need to keep your original sales receipt as proof of purchase. In the event that you ever require service, you will be asked to provide this item.

Frequently, the retailer that sold you your sleep set will have answers that relate specifically to your purchase, so we encourage you to call them first.
